No time limits.
My wife and I believe that wedding photography should not be about time limits. The bride and groom don't need to be worrying on their wedding day if they have gone past their time limit with the photographer.

Therefore, you know we will be with you from before the wedding starts (often we start as early as 2-3 hours before the ceremony) until the reception ends making sure to capture all those once-in-a-lifetime photographs. We are there all day for you. Our goal is to capture those many candid moments hours before the ceremony begins until the bride and groom depart after the reception is over.

Secondly, we believe to appropriately record your wedding, you need two photographers. Weddings are fast-moving events and to capture those special moments properly takes two people to be in different locations. My wife and I have been married 25 years and it is our joy to work together to creatively document your wedding day. Every wedding we do, we do together.

Some photographers charge for their time to photograph the event AND also charge exorbitantly for every print you want. Although we maintain copyright of every photo we take, we release the copyright to the bride and groom. We upload all the photos to our web site where you can get prints directly or you can choose to have the photos printed where you choose. With most packages, the high-resolution are included and

Outstanding photo quality with an artistic touch applied
First we start using the latest in digital photographic equipment including remote cameras and a portable lighting studio. Each final image is hand-toned and prepared for the best-quality printing. Since Mike is formally trained as a designer and illustrator he knows how to convert those special photos into creative memories.

Our basic wedding packages are described below but we understand every wedding is unique. WEDDING PACKAGES:

-No time limit on covering your special day. We'll start at least two hours before the wedding begins and go through the end of the reception. We are on-location for 6-8 hours at most weddings.

-Two photographers to record your special day. We have the technology to use remote cameras to caputre those special ceremony moments.

-All final photographs are put online to share with your friends and family world-wide (typically between 400 and 600 photos). A web address where photos can be viewed online can be setup in advance of the wedding and communicated in the ceremony program, etc.

-One complete set of 4 in. x 6 in. full-color prints of all final photos (typically between 400 and 600 prints). Bride and groom are responsible for all additional prints purchased.

-CD-ROMS (or DVD discs, your preference) with all the high-resolution files (.jpgs) taking during the wedding.

-Copyright release for all photographs.

-At least five photos artistically produced.

-Discount of $150 off a separate bridal portrait session.

-At least one person in attendance at the rehearsal.

SILVER PACKAGE

-Everything included in the Bronze Package plus:

-One 11 in. x 14 in. print; Ten 8 in. x 10 in. prints; Twenty 5 in. x 7 in. prints

-Animated slide show of selected photographs with music produced as a video on DVD.

STORYBOOK PHOTO ALBUM PACKAGE

-Everything included in the Bronze Package plus:

-50-page hardcover 11 in. x 15 in. Storybook Photo Album. This book is creatively designed and produced using genuine 4-color offset printing with archival-quality paper (additional pages $5 per page). Multiple copies of the book can be easily printed.

GOLD PACKAGE

-Everything included in the Bronze, Silver and Photo Album Packages Album as described above.

THE ULTIMATE PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO PACKAGE

THE DETAILS:

ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT SESSION
-One-hour portrait session. Includes 4” x 6” prints of all photos, three 5” x 7” prints and one 8” x 10” print.

WEDDING PORTRAIT
-Minimum three-hour portrait session. We’ll shoot both indoor and outdoor and focus on on creative portrait photography. Includes 4” x 6” prints of all photos, ten 5” x 7” prints, five 8” x 10” prints, one 11” x 14” print and one 16” x 20” canvas print.

REHEARSAL DAY
-Two-hour family portrait sessions to photograph all the family members in town for the weekend. Each family group receives a 4” x 6’ photos of their respective families plus one 8” x 10” of their respective family group. Up to ten family groups to be photographed.
-Attendance at the rehearsal.
-Two photographers to record the rehearsal dinner.

THE WEDDING DAY
-No time limit on covering your special day. We’ll start at least two hours before the wedding begins and go through the end of the reception. We are on-location for 6-8 hours at most weddings.
-Two photographers, one videographer and one assistant to record your special day.
-Selected photos taken during the ceremony will be on display during the reception on a large screen.
-Live video taken of the ceremony and reception.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
-All final photographs are put online to share with your friends and family world-wide (typically between 700 and 1,000 photos). Included is your own online web address for your wedding photos. For example: www.SarahandMike.com.
-Three complete set of 4” x 6” full-color prints of all final photos.
-Three sets of CD-ROMS (or DVD discs, your preference) with all the high-resolution files (.jpgs) taking during the wedding.
-Copyright release for all photographs.
-At least 20 photos artistically produced.
-Prints: one 16” x 20 print; one 11” x 14” print ; 20 8” x 10” prints; 30 5” x 7” prints .
-Three copies of a DVD “movie” that combines selected photographs and video creatively produced into a 10-20 minute visual presentation of the wedding day.
-Three copies of a DVD containing the wedding ceremony video.
-Three copies of 60-page hardcover 11” x 15” Storybook Photo Album. This book is creatively designed and produced using genuine 4-color offset printing with highest-quality archival paper.
-One iPod touch containing all wedding photos.
-One artistically created canvas 16” x 24” poster collage.
